Beginners guide containing some practical first steps for parents of children with special needs Easy to read The author obviously cares about nutrition therapy and has personal experience to back up her suggestions A short chapter of recipes is included I would have liked to see suggestions for helping picky eaters explore new foods as well as some ideas for those who do not plan to forgo dairy products.
